USB connection type to Charge Only?

Is there a way to set the USB connection type on the device to Charge Only? I don't see anything in settings.

Samsung Galaxy Y Duos GT-S6102,

Why? That is not necessary. If you connect on USB and do nothing, it will only charge the phone.
