clearing RAM continuously causes battery drain out as the apps which are using RAM gets closed and again gets started on dere own causing battery drain outs so dunn try 2 clear RAM every now and then rather visit XDA forums site dere u will find some tweaks which are useful to reduce RAM usage
but again those are mere alternatives and RAM consumption dunn mean any malfunction itz just latest FIRMWARES consume RAM so itz normal if again u want max RAM then use dose tweaks
