Default Partition Problem

Hello guys, I am having a problem with my sd card. I have succesfully partitioned my sd card and worked fine using link2sd. The problem is, it seems that the first partition switched with the 2nd partition. I noticed this after realizing that all my installed apps are gone. I also found that the total space now of the sd card is 500mb, which is my 2nd partition. Using the minitool partition wizard, i can still see the contents of the 1st partition but i cant access them on my phone. I tried deleting the 2nd partition using minitool, it says that the partition was succesfully deleted but it is not actually. Any ideas how to fix this?

My main concern is recovering the files on the first partion.
