Default Insufficient space.. what am I doing wrong?

Started with Titanium backup and removing things. I got to 89meg free, and still couldn't install Where's My Water (27M). Did Ahrtard's rom today (which on first boot only began with 84meg free) and set up Link2SD and still it says insufficient space. Please tell me something isn't right, either with this game or with my settings, and not that it just isn't possible.
