not easy to find on there site it has heaps of old refurbished phones, and parts not many updates dont see any updates for my galaxy 3 gt-i5800 2.1-2.2 sorry

you can use usb or even bluetooth both have worked for me. for transferring files. also try usign the cable as it is designed to be used.
