Display problem with i7500

Hi! I have problem with my i7500.Everything works for me except the LCD.The phone turns on, the PC recognised it,but I have a black sceen,the LCD doesn't turn on.I tried firmware flashing,and clean the connectors,but no luck.What can I do? I must buy a new display?

Take the unit to Sam*censored service center (if it has a warranty).

Crap, well either way you have to replace the LCD. Now will you do it alone or have it done that's a another story. I think some one replaced it himself, maybe he can give you some advice.

I bought a new LCD but no luck

Is there a problem with a motherboard,or what?

Glad to see you again.
Two solutions:

1. to repair with it (will not guess what's wrong with it), if it's motherboard then it's gonna be a real challenge to find it in some parts of the world.

2. buy a new unit (recommended), hell Android 3.0 is out so a new unit will most likely run it

To bad you failed to solve your problem, but you have the experience for the future. Now get yourself a real and better smartphone.
