Cool i7500 bring camera back from death

If your camera dead and wish to recover it at try update camera in firmware then visit my thread "i7500 bring camera back from death"

1: Download 1.2-update-i7500-modacocustomrom-signed.zip extract the zip take out all camera firmware, system/bin/mm-qcamera-test, system/lib/libcamera.so libcamerafirmwarejni.so libcameraservice.so libcm.so, system/firmware/ RS_M4Mo.bin, system/app/ camera.apk camera.odex camerafirmware.apk camerafirmware.odex and place them on the phone in the same folders they are in.

1: It doesnt matter wich firmware you have when you do this they will be there when you update camera firmware.

2: Download Odin Multi Downloader v3.95 with orion.ops

3: Download I7500XXII5-PDA-CL64494-REV5(VIA).tar flash via odin.

4: Update camera firmware in image.
(dialing the code *#*#34971539#*#*.)

5: Download I7500XEJC6-PDA-CL209906.tar unzip and flash via odin.

6: Download RECOVERY_6.6.2.zip unzip put rectools in sdcard and fastboot flash recovery recovery-6.6.2.img.

7: Download ROM BG-rado_2.3.4_final(06.07.2012) - 2.3.4 (Gingerbread) and put it on sdcard then do a full wipe and flash via recovery.

Samsung GALAXY GT-i7500

Reboot phone then flash gapps-gb-lite-rado.zip via recovery.

Completed firmware with camera working again!

Apn for 3g

i have changed some preferences in Gaosp and my galaxy feels faster.

1. have a class 10 SD-Card.
2. create 256MB swap partition
3. disable fudgeswap and compcache.
4. set vm-heap => 24MB
5. set memory thresholds to multitasking preset.
6. set swappiness =>90
7. set sd-readcache =>2048
8. unset ignore nice load to give priority back to background processes
9. unset ignore nice load to give priority back to background processes.

reboot phone

DONE!

And if you want more swap on file in internal memory:

plug in to computer go adb shell
and write with root:

#cd /data/
#dd if=/dev/zero of=swapfile bs=1M count=64
#mkswap swapfile
#swapon swapfile

after that and every reboot you need to write in terminal emulator
#su
#swapon /data/swapfile

not need if you only hot reboot.

(but instead of installing BG-rado_2.3.4_final(06.07.2012) - 2.3.4, i have installed ICS~st34Mod~BG~13.12.2012 because its more stabel version its version 2.2.1 froyo with ics, and there the camera aint shaky either, they are on the same page.
