Default issue with messaging centre number

my messaging centre number keeps on adding four 0s to the end resulting in my inability to send text messages from the phone until I remove these extra zeros? After i change it, it reverts back to having multiple zeros after a few days. Why does it keep on doing this? Anyone else have similar problems. I am using a H7 firmware in the US. THanks for any help that can be provided.

I had problems sending text messages and could not set or get my messaging center number. (via *#*#4636#*#*). Getting a newer SIM card fixed the issue.
