I got an Infuse in October. I hate it. Where can I trade it in for an iPhone? Samsung isn't updating it, and it probably wont get ICS.

What do you not like? If you want updates, like any other android phone root it and get some roms on it. That is the only way, unless you want to be a sheep and go with apple. The infuse will get ICS, but it will not be official (install a fricken rom lol and you will have it). Anyway, i would bet ton of money that a custom rom will beat a stock rom anyday. Once you install some stuff, you will leanr a heck of a lot more about linux and how computers work too.

Ryan, your sig says CM7 on Infuse but the Infuse isn't listed in their device list. Can you tell me a bit about how you installed it and if you are having any issues?

Lol I knew someone was going to comment on that sometime. The reason you can not find it on the cm7 website or whatever because it is not official, and will not be until bluetooth (not att gingers fault, our bluetooth chip is very odd compared to other peoples. ) Another thing is hdmi, but we are just simply waiting for that. Until they are fixed, it will not be official. Ubermad is producing for us, thanks to linuxbozo. Here is the link [ROM][UNOFFICIAL] Compiled CM 7 for Infuse 4G (11-20-2011) - xda-developers. Be careful, it is like nothing you've installed before lol. Also should say is if you want to get back to a regular rom, flashibg the file for that rom first before restoring is a must. Good luck, and a noob this will make your phone rock solid, as making it a superphone matchig performance of a stock/slightly moded gs2.

anoob, why exactly are you angry though? does the phone not do everything you want? is it not fast enough? i'll admit, other roms, and maybe even GB and ICS are faster but would that make any difference in yore day to day usage?

For me, a ton lol. But I'm always modding my phone, so I need it. By the way, if you want a new phone either get the gnexus or better yet, wait for may when there will be quad core phone lol clocked at 2ghz eachcore, now that is wayy too powerful, but the better the more people want. (I'm getting the asus transformer prime so I can maybe use that as a gaming console along with my ordered xbox for christmas also like the dock to go alomg, I'm going to need for high school) .
