Default Help with my Samsung infuse
Hey there. So I am having trouble with my samsung infuse... first i cant connect to kies or kies mini so i am using double twist to sync music. I have an unlocked phone that was through rogers but now bell so I am wondering if I factory reset will it take away the unlock and go back to rogers....

Also .. I have no idea how I can update my phone .. right now it is gingerbread and because it wont connect to kies I dont know how to update it or get it connected to kies .... HELP!!!!
