Surprised Pic messages not downloading.

I received my Samsung Intercept a few days ago and so far everything has been fine except when I attempt to download picture messages I keep receiving an error message. A button appears that says "download" on the picture message but clicking on it results in nothing. If anyone can help me with this it would be truly appreciated. Thank you.

Did you get this worked out?

Is it Sprint, or Virgin Mobile? Have you done any rooting? Have you changed your default web browser? (<-not sure if this matters) Is picture mail included in your plan? Did you try rebooting your phone? Do you like your bacon crispy or soft?

Answering these questions will help us figure out what the problem is.

I'm having a similar problem...I've gotten pictures from everyone but my best friend. She has a my touch 3g with tmobile. On her end it tells her that the pictures are sent but on my end I don't even get them or know she sent one
I have no problem receiving pics from iphone on AT&T, palm on verizon or anything else really. Is there a reason for this?
I like my bacon somewhere in the middle.

I had this too, turn off WiFi and then try to download it again. It's super annoying but it works

Ok this is why it happens to me

When your talking on the phone while your getting a picture message, because your talking on the phone your basically using Mobile Network so you have no internet.

If your Talking on the phone and you have wi-fi is ON you can receive pictures because your using wi-fi and your call is using the mobile network

When your phone wi-fi is on is not using Mobile Network so it uses the wi-fi but if you have it on and your far from it then you have no internet...

I sound hella confusing idk how to explain lol

Edit: Just turn wi-fi off if your not near it and used mobile network

What if there is no indication that I'm even getting a pic message? It's not a matter of being able to download it for me cause when other people send them it doesn't seem like there's downloading taking place it just goes into my text thread. Weird.
