Gingerbread Keyboard
This is the gingerbread keyboard, renamed so you can install it alongside the android keyboard you already have. It should work on non-rooted phones.
DOWNLOAD

Update Youtube & Market with this simple zip!
1. download this file
2. Put the file in sdx/zip
3. boot into recovery & apply zip
4. reboot and you're done!

Install Youtube & Market separately:
Gingerbread youtube app on intercept!
Heres the original article on how to do it [MOD] Youtube 'Gingerbread' ported to Eclair - xda-developers
But heres the direct download to the .apk
signed_YouTube.apk
heres the instructions from the link
You have to remove the default YouTube app before you can install this one over.

Using ADB Shell this should just work:
adb remount
adb shell rm system/app/YouTube.apk
adb uninstall com.google.android.youtube

then you can just install it over using the package manager

  • Download this file HERE
  • MAKE A BACKUP!!!
  • Put the file on your SD Card
  • Boot into recovery and flash the file above
  • Reboot
  • DONE!
