Default Unrooting?

I know there are a lot of posts on this and I've googled the crap out of all this and I havent actually found something to work. I've been getting the notification to update my phone. I kept getting triangle and exclamation point and i finally realized the update is failing because my phone is rooted. So how do I unroot it? I dont want to update with the root. I know there are other ways to do that too but I just dont want the phone to be rooted at all anymore.
I dont know if this is important but:
I rooted it with the interceptroot. apk file
Android Version: 2.2.1
Basband Version: S:M910.05 S. DL05
Kernel Version: 2.6.32.9
Build Number: FROYO. DL05
Hardware Version: M910.05

Don't take that update it is a security up date all it does is make it were you can't root it and a little radio upgrade. If you what the up grade I believe the guys over at sdx are making roms of of it now with rooted kernals you can just flash one of those if you have cm01 recovery.
