Default Sprint Intercept Tethering for tablet

Hi,

I have an intercept with Sprint. I just bought an android tablet (acer a500) and am looking to tether my intercept for a mobile internet connection.

I have seen some older posts on this site, but wanted to see if users knew of different versions or easier ways to accomplish this now.

I have not rooted the phone (yet) and everything at the moment is "stock" but i have done all the ota updates.

If anyone has successfully tethered using their sprint samsung intercept, I would really appreciate it if you could share what steps you took and what apps you used.

Thanks!
