Angry Bricked/Semi-Bricked. Intercept HELP ASAP!

First off all sorry if this has been answered already. I've been breaking my head trying to solve this. Ohka, so my sister wanted me to root her phone and Flash to another ROM so that her phone wouldn't have as many problems as the stock rom has. So for some reason I tried upgrading rather than downgrading since her phone is unrootable with 2.2.3. I used SWUpgrade that came from sprint. Misleading the name of the phone I downloaded the Samsung moment one that looks similar. It downloaded update, installed. After the screen was black. But it would vibrate like it does on boot. Leaving it to boot the end button light up the keyboard and you could here it vibrate and ring for calls but the screen maintains black. I tried putting it in recovery and into download mode (for SWUpgrade) but no luck. This is not my phone so please help ! -Sprint by the way, not rooted and it only turns on if connected to usb. Battery it self wont work.
