I know how to get the Intercept to have a wallpaper (since I did it on mine)...
-All you have to do is find a zip that is called "Live wallpaper zip" on google
-Put it in your SD CARD
-If your phone isn't rooted, you need an app called "Interceptroot.apk" on 4shared.com.
-Download it
-Put it on your phone
-Install it
Open it
click on root
It will reboot itself
To see if it works
-go to google play and download "Root checker"
If it is rooted....
-Go back to the intercept root app.
-Open it
-Click install (something which I forgot the name but I know it is safe)
It will go into recovery mode.
-I forgot the thing for it, you can find it yourself on to accept the zip.
