Four Captivite Buttons

can anyone tell me why my Four buttons at the bottom of the phone does not work anymore.. Can anyone give me any tips to how to fix them

While your phone is on take the back cover off and pull out the battery. Then put the battery back, put the cover back on and turn the phone on. See if that takes care of it.
