Usually, when no one responds, it's because the question is extremely simple, or extremely complex. In this case, it was exptremely simple.
If anyone else has the same question, here is the solution:
Go to your Inbox.
Press the left most bottom buttom menu key.
Select "Account Settings."
Uncheck "Add Signature."
If you like having an email signatures, but just want ot change it, this is the screen to do that at.
