It ran like that for about 30 mins. I talked to someone and they told me press the power button until it turn off and back on, and repeat again.
Now it started up normal. I'm just curious was it downloading anything? What happen to the download file if it did download a file?

No worries, it was in ODIN mode, which is a software to allow you flash images to the ROM, Recover, etc. from your PC. It is accessed by holding the VOL DN+Power when turning it on and unless you actually connected to it a USB cable, used ODIN/Heimdall software, and sent something manually it didn't download or change anything. Just pop the battery out and back in and boot and all should be good.
