I notice that my 3G data is very good only late at night to 6am. It is very terrible during the day; I get only 300 or 400kps during the day. At night I got 1.5mbps or 2mpbs. Do you know why? Is it because more people using the data during the day that slow down the data bandwidth and at night less people use the data, that is why I get a good data range.

You just answered your own question my friend. Yes your 3G speeds will be low during the day than night because most people will be using it during the day causing less speeds for you.

So I wish alot of people use 4G data and let alone poor guy like me to use 3G.

LOL, I often wondered that myself when I had the dreadful 'dial-up' on my PC. Once I learned that everyone & their brother was on line during business hours I found myself on a personal 3rd shift. I have been trying to ween myself off staying up so late but I can get so much done at night.
