Default Connection Error

Anyone having a connection error when you go to your settings and about your phone and trying to update your profile and to see about a firmware update? I received the update and it installed to a point and then the phone said connection error. The phone seems to be working ok and i am able to get on the internet, but I'm not sure why this is doing it. The notice that comes up if it keeps up to call tech service.

Let me know what you think..

Yeah I get the same thing on both phones. It's not just your phone.

I just got off the phone with sprint (again, after being hung up on 4x) and was told this by a supervisor named Kimberly at the Louisiana call center. "There is an issue with some of the sprint transforms and the froyo 2.2.2 update." This is "apparently" why the PRL, Firmware and Profile updates are failing. I am supposed to take my phone to a sprint store and have it replaced. I think it is a load of crap and I got 5 different answers from the 5 different people I talked to. Anyone have the number to Sprint's corporate complaint department? 5 hours on the phone with sprint between 2 days and I didn't throw the phone once. That's a record.
