Default Cannot update PRL on Transform
When I try to manually update PRL, it does not happen, and I receive an error message. Tried daily for several days. Any ideas? Thanks!

You just take it into Sprint and they give you a new one. My father has this issue.

I took the phone to sprint repair store. They tried to manually update the PRL, but no luck.
After trying several things, they replaced the phone. Thanks for the suggestion!
