    Help email app shows incorrect number of unread emails

    I've been experiencing this problem for awhile with no solution working to solve it yet. The email app shows that there are unread messages (started with 1 and now showing 18) even though I have read all and or deleted all messages, the email app still shows I have 18 new messages. Any help...
