    Help Amber Alert Notification Sound

    Anyone know where this is located? Even though my phone is set to silent at night, an amber alert came through on full mega volume at 4:45am last morning and just about gave me a ******* heart attack. Any info on the whereabouts of this notification would be much appreciated.

    Root ICS MMS Fix Evo 3d ROMS

    I was just reading the thread to do this a couple days ago and now for the life of me can't find it. I want to flash CoolICS then fix the mms for virgin mobile. Had something to do with pulling framework-res.apk and modifying some lines iirc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
