My nexus one now has multitouch but along with that came unwanted side effects. The device is slower and choppier than ever before. FYI, I used the manual update method using the file directly from google's site.

When I press the icon for text messages, the app displays so my recent conversations show. It then shows the phone number and the message below it for previous texts. The after a few seconds, phone number is replaced by my contacts name, then the picture of the person displays a few seconds...
