Help Location not working, except in Maps?
Turn on WiFi, open your app/browser/whatever, let it catch the location. You can now turn WiFi back off and it'll continue to work. You don't have to actually connect to anything; just as long as the radio is powered it works. As far as I can tell, this only affects coarse location data...- roothorick
