    Help cannot send messages

    hi! i hav samsung galaxy gio SHW-M290K bought from Korea d problem is i can no longer send messages i tried to fixed it by someone who has more knowledge in cp troubleshooting even if he sets it to factory setting but it doesn't work. Pls help!
