To Root CAT B10 or its associates, FortisX, Utano Barrier, Telex 3200R, etc.
go to http://www.android-hilfe.de/showthread.php?p=3567640 and download the update zip (you might have to register...use google crome as it provides a good translation). place the zip in the root of your sd. reboot into recovery and install zip from sd. reboot and your rooted.- tommytopdrive

Root M130 Rooted!
After a week of gnashing of teeth and scratching of heads, I have a rooted M130 Casio Gzone Commando. I found a file (/system/etc/init.qcom.sdio.sh) that was rwxrwxrwx.
