    headphones Plugged in - external speaker still rings

    Ok might be a repost but i've searched and can't find a reasonable answer. I have my HTC hero and when i plug in my headphones and the phone rings or i get a text notification, both the headphones and external speaker ring. Is there a way to get the ring/notification only through the headphones...
