    razr stuck at redeye on startup

    ok now my razr is totally stuck at the red droid eye on startup .. will Verizon fix this or replace my phone? they replaced someone elsees so im wondering if that was out of kindness or just good company policy or .. just trying to approach this the right way since I don't have insurance..has...
