    Help Begginer needs some advice pls

    Hi everyone, I just got my note 10.1 a few days ago, all worked fine until this afternoon when play store stopped working it just says no connection I click retry gives error. Also if I go to software update click confirm again does not work gives me error message. Everything else works fine...
