    Help Can't answer incoming calls

    We ordered two Note 2's and the wifes phone has a problem, in that she is unable to answer incoming calls. We drag a finger outside the green circle and nothing happens. I was wondering maybe if it was a setting we screwed up somewhere. Thanks
