    Using AT&T Note 3 on T-Mobile?

    I saw a Note 3 on Craigslistfor AT&T, and my question is, would I be able to unlock this phone in order to use it on T-Mobile? I would like to go on the $30/month plan. In my area, T-Mobile hasn't refarmed the 1700mhz spectrum so does that mean I won't get HSPA+? Thanks
