    Whatsapp error on Wildfire

    My phone will download videos from Whatsapp but then when I try and play them it comes up with the usual 'Sorry, this video cannot be played'. It has worked in the past. I have tried re-installing Whatspp but with no joy. Any tips appreciated. Thanks
