    Help voice control to answer call?

    I can't figure out how to get my phone to answer an incoming call with voice control. The only way I got it to work was with my phone completely in silent mode, but what's the point of that when I won't know if a call is coming in unless I'm looking at the screen.

    cloud icon in notification bar

    I keep getting this random cloud w/ red arrows appears in my notification bar asking me to backup my media. I click on cancel but it just stays there. What is it and how do I get it to quit showing up? I don't want to back anything up.
