    Help phone stuck on "downloading do not disconnect ready..."

    i am trying to update my moment to 2.1 and i make it all the way through the update process until i press start download. after i press start download it says ready... on the status bar. i left it for about 90 mins and nothing changed. i have done this 3 separate times with the same result each...
