    Help Sensation XE 4 GB ROM: 1 GB user available?

    Does anyone know why the Sensation XE claims to have 4 GB of ROM but only makes 1 GB user available? Where is the other 3GB? System is what, 200MB max? (just got one of these btw, painful to have to use the Sense launcher again but the rest is very nice)
