Deleting the file does not take the file's data off the SD card. Is there an App that wipes the data clean off your SD card? Like our Hard Drives does it require multiple passes?
Is there an data Eraser app that will actually write over deleted data on the SD card? If so is there a need for multiple passes to completely destroy data in the free space of the card like you have to do on a Hard Drive?
My brother and I have the same eris 2.1 android phone and use the stock browser. After clearing cache, cookies, location and all the other things the browser setting allows you to clear my brother's browser is using 2megs while mine is at 7 megs.
The real question is how do I free up this 5...

After finding the apk file installing it and then trying to run it on the Eris I came to this conclusion. It completely fails to run. :rolleyes: So that is why we don't have it for our Eris.
Bluetooth file transfer works with "paired but not connected" pairs between phones from 3D Gallery on one phone to the SD card on the other phone. But I can't seem to send anything else any other way. Has any Droid Eris owner gotten any of the bluetooth file manager programs to work between...
