    I'm new to the HTC Desire. There are two(!) things I don't understand. 1. To delete a widget, you're supposed to drag it to the phone icon, and both the phone icon and the widget will turn red, and it'll be deleted. It doesn't work for me. 2. The Home screen has got a fair number of shortcuts...
