Ok, my rooted EVO (HBOOT 2.10, running rooted stock 2.3.3 at the moment) has completely stopped vibrating despite flashing a couple different ROMs and doing full wipes each time. My Sprint store says they can probably fix it without replacing the phone, so I'll be taking it there soon...
Are there any significant differences between a brand new EVO and one purchased around launch day last year? I think I heard that the screen is made by someone else now... Does that positively or negatively affect how it looks? Do calls sound pretty much the same on a new EVO? Just wondering if...

Whenever I reboot my phone and try to turn it back on it sometimes takes several tries with the power button. Press-and-release, press-and-hold for 2 seconds, press-and-hold for 5 seconds, etc. don't work the first few times and then it randomly fires up. Anyone else experiencing this?
Anyone got this combination working yet? I've updated my Windows 7 Bluetooth drivers (Thinkpad laptop w/ integrated Broadcom Bluetooth adapter) and I can transfer files to/from the EVO and use the laptop as a headset for the phone, but no dial-up networking yet.
Any ideas?
