    Samsung Hub Error code 2000

    Whenever I try and purchase a game in Samsung Hub on the Note 3, I get 'Error - Service not available(2000)'. When I press OK, I get 'Connection failed' and the 'Retry' button. I've tried clearing the cache and data but no joy. Any help please ??? :confused:
