    text messages & sprint navigation

    I have noticed that whenever I receive a text message my sprint navigation kicks on this is the case with both handcent and the stock app anyone have a clue as how to prevent this from happening ?

    battery issues

    I woke up this morning at 6am with 100% battery life now it is 11:45 and I am 50% but my awake time is only 17% and I haven't been doing any heavy internet usage today, is this typical or is there an issue with my battery / phone ?

    If you do more than one nandroid back-up will it erase your previous back-up?

    I am curious because i backed up my original stock rom with all of my apps and all that sprint junk, and now i would like to back-up the custom rom with a bunch of the sprint bloat removed. However I would like to have the option to go back to either of them. Please advise, thanks

    flashing recovery image & nandroid backup ?

    I have already rooted my hero but I did not flash a recovery image or perform a nandroid back up mostly because I could not find clear instructions on how to do so, which caused me to have to completely wipe my phone and start over after I deleted some programs that caused my loop over and over...

    help !!

    I some how corrupted my android market app while removing programs and my roll back is not fixing it, does anyone have a form of the app they can supply me so I can upload it to the system file in adb shell? Or any other way to get it back on the device, any help would be greatly appreciated

    android 1.6 update

    I just got off of the phone with people over at sprint and they assured me that the sprint hero would have an update to 1.6 some time next week. Maybe there is a chnace that this update will fix many of the current problems with the hero

    best contact manager?

    Anyone have nay suggestions, I am lloking for something similair to icontact, that will allow me to jump right to certain letter
