    Help email app refreshes constantly in SENT folder

    My Samsung Note3's email app, when I go to the SENT folder, keeps keeps refreshing and wont stop. Sometimes the mail has been sent, sometimes not. Is it possible, practical, to fully delete this app and rebuild/reload it? It's part of the OS, isn't it? Android 4.4.2 TIA
