    Transition animation scale

    Guys, since I updated to 4.3 I have noticed an issue with the transition animation scale.. I like mine set at 0.5 x but every now and then the option will reset back to the factory 1.0 x The other adjustables will remain but this keeps reverting back! Anyone else notice this problem?
