    Would some check for Software Update

    I checked about 30 minutes ago and my phone is still downloading. It is on WiFi, but download OTA may come in on AT&T and I am in a 2G edge area. It says "communication in progress".

    Has anyone noticed Specs are Wrong?

    The side of the box and the websites all list the length of the captivate 4.18". I know it is suppose to be 4.81", but I find it funny the box and all listing offering the captivate nobody has corrected it yet.

    Activation Fee

    If you purchase a Captivate for $350, and have service with data on AT&T can you just move your SIM card and not pay an activation fee? I am out of contract also.
