    For the hell of it I hit update firmware and got an error 1012, but not the no update available message. What's up with that?

    zombie tasks on evo

    what's up with the tasks being killed and then coming back to life. i don't want the amazon app, sprint nav, people, settings, peep, and other garbage apps coming back after they've been killed. i know that it's not a REAL issue, but it's a damn annoyance.

    Contact CSV on SD Card, Import Possible?

    Prior to updating I exported my contacts to CSV on my SD card. When I logged into gmail not all of my contacts came back. Is there an app that will allow me to locate my CSV file and overwrite my contact list? Also, for future reference, how can I force my contacts to backup on gmail? Thanks

    volume controls

    i'm not sure why, but it seems my volume controls have fallen apart. my alarm clock wasnt going off, since my alarm volume was set to zero, which i come to find out can only be adjusted in the alarm tone selection menu. now my system sounds volume is off, and i'm not sure where to go to up that...

    attachment and download storage

    Where do downloaded email attachments(documents, pdfs, etc..) get stored? My internal memory is at 70MB and if i recall correctly it was around 200+MB when i bought the phone. I put on apps, but not 130+MB worth, and my cache is clear. Any other ideas what might be eating up my internal storage?

    Accessories EZ Guards screen protector review

    Don't buy it. Garbage. The protector inhibits functionality. The screen is less sensitive and more sticky. I bought a case for my Pre off ebay, and the case itself was garbage, but it came with a plasticized screen protector that was perfectly smooth and slick, and didnt inhibit functionality...

    albums/background images bug

    i just bought my girlfriend the hero and she has no problems changing the background on the lock screen just the same as you would change the desktop background. i got my hero a couple weeks ago. mine will not let me change the lock screen, it is not reading the stock background images the way...
