    Help Can't connect via USB

    Hi As of a few days ago, I can no longer connect to any of my computers via USB cable. The phone charges, but neither MTP nor USB Mass Storage Mode is enabled. There is no option to select which mode I want in the notifications bar, I cannot find any setting that would enable mass storage mode...

    Help Automatically redials while on a call

    About half of the time, when I am on a call, the phone will place the current call on hold and redial the same number. I'll be talking and all of a sudden, the person that I am talking to will re-answer their phone (through call waiting or a second line), and my first call to them is on hold...

    Help Samsung Moment - No audible notification for messsages

    The ringer works fine when a call comes in, but I get no audible notification when I receive an SMS message, Google chat or email. The phone does vibrate slightly, but nothing audible. Is there a way to change this? Thanks!
