    Notification Bar Unresponsive...anybody?

    Is anyone experiencing an unresponsive notification bar sometimes? When this happens, I end up opening the weather widget by accident. The only way to clear the notification is to open the corresponding program. I am not sure what triggers it so I am guessing it happens randomly.
