    Help [HELP] Asus Zenfone 2 Factory Reset Taking Forever 4+ Hours

    Hello, I have an Asus Zenfone 2 (ZE551ML) 4 GB RAM 2.3 GHz CPU 64 GB with Android 5.1.1. I tried to factory reset and it is stuck on the erasing screen. It has stayed there for over 4 hours. What should I do? Note: the battery is not removable.
