    Root Can't Download files to BBv0.4!!

    So i'm running BBv0.4 and it keeps saying "phone does not support" when i try and download themes, stopota.zip, and some others. What am i doing wrong? Do i need to do it through a PC, a file manager, or something else? Other than this the rom seems to be running great! i just can't download...
